how i can get out of this lender asc they are stilling money from my bank, without authorization?

Write them a letter telling them to stop unauthorized withdrawals immediately. Send it certified, return receipt requested so you have proof that they received it. Then go to the bank and show them the letter, asking that they not allow any more withdrawals from this company. Most banks require you to notify the company making the withdrawals to stop before they will take any action. Hopefully that will solve your problem.
