Your team is missing a big bat to get you HR and RBI's. And you need a frontline starter as well. You have 3 solid closers and Tom Gordon. Try trading one of your closers to get a solid, power hitting bat, preferably at first base or outfield. At the very least try trading a closer for a starting pitcher, but it's easier to find pitchers on the waiver wire so it's better to target hitters in trades.
Also, you have two good SS in Rollins and Reyes who both steal bases, and score a lot of runs. You could try and move one of them for a power bat just because I'm sure there's some team in your league that needs a SS and speed. You definetly can afford to give up some speed because Ichiro and Tavares will each steal get you around 40 SB which will be plenty to go along with the SS you keep.

you dont have the first 30 hr. hitter on your linup. that shows that your lineup lacks power. your pitching will struggle since you have some older pitchers that wont be able to go the distance like some of the younger guys coming up
to help out your hitting i would look at your waiver wire, at guys like Garrett Anderson (can post solid numbers when hes healthy, and could be worth that risk) also Edwin Encarnacion (he is young and much more talented the ensberg, that will be an improvement at 3rd for you) Rich Aurilla could be solid for you too. he plays all over the field and consistently hits .300 ..
pitching, i would look at guys like chuck james, joe blanton, john maine, and zach duke. each guy is fairly young and with pretty good teams. james will have a mediocre year, but will flourish next year. blanton had his mediocre year last year. so look for him to flourish in that oakland a's lineup. john maine had a good end of the year last year. watch to see if he carries those good fortunes into this season. zach duke is a hurler. his ERA is kinda suspect but i think his k/9 makes up for that. well i hope some of this helps you out a lil bit. good luck this season!

You have waaaaaaaaaaaaay too many offensive players. You won't know who to play unless someone has a day off. Besides that you straight there. Your pitching needs some help. With all those offensive players, you need to make some trades for pitching.

You will be in the bottom 2 if you don't make some trades. I first looked at your hitting and said to myself 'wow, some weak hitters must have some great pitching!' then i scrolled down and saw you had no pitching.
