MOM.EXE - Application error
The application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000135).| |click on Ok to terminate the application.
can some explain this to me?!

Click Start Run and type in msconfig - Click OK - Go to the start up tab - Look for any item that has mom.exe in the name - If you findli it uncheck it - Also Check Start /Programs/Start up for a MOM.exe file. If you dont find it in any other place - Click Start / Search search all files and folders with the advanced option and search for mom.exe - If you find it - delete it. Reboot.
Note that if you uncheck items in the startup tab using msconfig, when you reboot a box will pop up stating you have modified bla bla - Check the box to not show this message again.

This security risk can be manually installed or installed as a component of another program.

Did you recently upgrade the drivers for ATI video card? if so revert back to previous driver....
