I need recommendations for a good shojo manga or romantic comedy manga.

I think the best shoujo manga is Hana-Kimi but if you want a romantic comedy shoujo manga then it's Ouran High School Host Club/Host Club.

Full Moon wo Sagashite
Hana-Kimi and Ouran High School Host Club are kind of similar and I think they have more emphasis on comedy with the romance. Fruits Basket is more of a drama, but there still is comedy and romance. Full Moon wo Sagashite, also has a lot of drama, but some good parts of comedy and romance occasionally sneak into the story. Hope those suggestions help!

You find out that so many people are in love with eachother by volume 3. And it's kinda funny.
I'm gonna keep an eye on this question. I've wanted to find a new shojo to read as well.

I would also recommend Kimi Wa Petto (titled Tramps Like Us in English)
One of my favorites is Mata Mata Oboretai by Yuki Yoshihara. It's about a woman who wanted to create a perfect boyfriend.

All of theses mangas are really good. i extremely recommend fruits basket. I also realyl kike aishiteruze baby and fushigi yugi: the mysterious play. ouran high school host club is really funny but most of the ones i listed are too.
