Massive: I've never thought Global Warming doesn't exist. That's never been questionable. What is under question is the cause.

No, they should ride public transportation.
By the way, there have been hundreds of ice ages and the same number of "global warming" periods after every ice age.
However, the latest one is much, much worse than any of the previous ones.
So this is my question to all those who disagree with human causation of this latest period of global warming:
What has happened in the last 40,000 years OTHER than the advent of industrial technology.

just imagine if you will just how nasty the towns and streets were when the horse was the primary source of transportation. Have you ever been in a barn? Remember the filth and smells and then think of entire cities like that, get the picture?

Horse poop also releases methane, another greenhouse gas. It doesn't mean we have to give up technology, it just means we HAVE to make it more efficient and better for the environment. I would take a nice hybrid car to DC.

Yes. No more nasty CO2 emitting dry cleaning either. Al Gore has all that extra energy stored as fat have him be the D.C.'s washer women for the publicly elected. That will shrink their carbon foot print even more.
