They felt with his approving 3 med schools stretched funding and made it tougher to attract students and retain faculty.

I like how the first person makes an attempt on Bush's intelligence, but fails to understand what an "honorary" degree is....

The Board decided he was not worthy and thats that. Not all people are so honored so why would Bush, just because he was a governor. Not good enough reason.
