It is material, either leather or leather-look, fashioned to look like crocodile skin. For example handbags, shoes, etc will have like uneven, oblong, raised 'scales' which looks similar to croc skin. It is illegal to make items using real crocodile skin these days, but was very fashionable in the past.

either fake croc skin pants, bags, boots etc. or can also be fake crocs. you know those rubber clogs that come in bright colors? theyre called crocs. moc crocs are fake ones.

It's a PVC/vinyl/other synthetic material designed to look like real alligator or crocodile skin (which is really expensive thus they make lots of fakes).

I presume it is material made to look like crocodile skin but not the real thing - mock crocodile... otherwise, I haven't a clue... :)
