Do you have any songs that you love to run to, that you could tell me about it?
I cant run without music, and right now most of my music just isnt covering it for me, so do you have a list or any ideas of powersongs that you run too?

anything by rage against the machine is great to run too
Holiday by Green Day is a great finisher
I like more rockin' songs when I run - they just motivate me more...

Well, I don't run but I like power songs. What kind of music do you like? I would recommend songs from Pink, she has a lot of asskicking in her songs. If you tell me what kind of music you like I might be able to recommend more.

I personally like metalica for my motivation. Godsmack is ok but enter sandman from metalica is by far the best!!

"Eye Of The Tiger" by Survivor off the Rocky soundtrack always gets me going maybe it will work for you.

any of the good old stuff, but fun stuff! like britney or justin, nsync, new kids on the block, spice girls etc! its fun! or hardcore rock, it helps me with the anger and stress...
