Whenever I start Windows, the CMD prompt starts quickly as the startup music plays and says 'The system cannot find the file specified' then closes abruptly. So, Windows is trying to start some program through the command prompt. My question is: how do I find out what this program is? I have gone into MSConfig and disabled all programs from starting and this still happens. Help.

You should check my website for some tools to help you analyze this...
1) Install SPYBOT and check the STARTUP tool to see what is running at boot time...
2) Run HIJACKTHIS to also see what is running at boot time...
There are a number of places startup programs can hook into your system... These tools let you inspect them to see what the issue is...
