I don't pretend to be able to evaluate myself very well. I have noted, however, that many people have the same strength as is their weakness. For example, I had a boss one time who was great at trusting people and letting them guide him; unfortunately, some people should not have been trusted.
Then there is the person who is widely acknoweledged as very smart, but is always trying to demonstrate that smartness, thereby becoming unpleasant company.
And there is the confident, relaxed person, pleasant company, but sometimes so relaxed as to be irresponsible.
Don't forget the great storyteller who is a poor listener.
There are many more "types," but you get the idea.

trying to help people fix themselves...
in a way it's a strong point because everybody needs someone thats willing to help them but i guess i don't know when to quit and i let the others bring me down......strongest weakness

Your question makes no sense. A "strong weakness" is antithetical. Are you meaning to ask what a person's most-pronounced weakness is? A strong weakness is not a weakness, nor a strength. In fact, the question is trying to make a moot point. Go back and rephrase the question.

chinese food is my strongest weakness. when i see it, think of it, or smell it, my legs so numb with absolute bliss.

Rock climbing and ladders pretty much freak me out, I can handle heights, I just don't like rock climbing and ladders.
