Yes. Every year at work we do a "white elephant" gift exchange.. and one of the MOST popular items has been a floating candle set... it has been regifted at this party 6 years already! (The box is getting dusty... but it's a permanent regift now. We have resorted to having to wrap in a different sized box so people will still choose it).

I have never known of one given to me but it is possible. I have never given one wrapped to anyone but I have given things I didn't want to others but not as a gift.

yes many times. If I'm not going to use it....and someone else will then yes. You have to remember who gave it to u and not give it back to them unless your part of my family. lol The best laugh would be sending a thank you card and then forgetting and giving it back to the person u gave it to. Oh they might reap what u didn't sow.

it has happened to me, a friend gave me a christmas gift like that, but she was busted because the friend who had given her the gift originally was present!!! total humiliation for her!!!

yeah, I've re-gifted but I don't think anyone has re-gifted to me. it would be funny if someone gave me a re gift and then I re gifted it. haha!

yes thats wht my best friend does.....she just gives my things she gets from relitives or something and gives them to me.....usually they are girly-girl thing because she is not a girly-girl and i am.....so yea and yes i am fine with it....but no i dont dont give used gifts to people unless it is goodwill or some place like that!!!

my mother is the worst for doing that.she will forget by x-mas who gave her what and i have got stuff from her that I gave her like in the summer.

She didn't open the box because she thought it was perfume or makeup! lol
