That can happen if you are under a lot of stress or losing sleep. Take good care of yourself and it should go away on its own within a few days, if it doesn't you should ask your doctor about it.

That happens to me about three times a year. It drives me CRAZY and then just when I think I need to go to the doctor, it goes away. It does seem to occur when I am under alot of stress. If it's any comfort, other people don't notice the twitch! You have my sympathy...

its called Blepharospasm and its usually caused by lack of sleep or great deals of stress. If you are working too hard, try calling in sick for a few days. If you are currently in school, play hookey and skip that final exam cuz lets face it, youre just gonna end up working a dead end job and drinking heavily. Why stress?

I used to have that too,and my eye Doctor told me to use a cold pack for 20 minutes and then a heat pack for 20 minutes alternateing until it stopped.

It can also mean you have been consuming too much of a stimulant such as caffeine, or worse. If you are not an abuser of cocaine or other uppers, try cutting down on your caffeine intake a bit, this may help.
