Yes their could be!,I know that much of the land below costal parts of california actually has sea water beneath it like vast caves going 50+ miles in land and verge with large underground lakes etc.The us navy has sent subs into these massive caves going miles back inland but under it!.Their have been a couple of submarines lost without trace just off california while investigating these cave areas and these are well documented cases.Also try and get a copy of an 1hr documentry called "DEEP SEA UFOS" from a torrent site - try iso hunt or torrent search for it. This will answer your question!!.Stay sharp and destroy all evidence!!

The earths land (above sea level) is about 148 million square kilometres, or ~30% of total area; while the water area is about 362vmillion square kilometres, or ~ 70% of total surface area, and of course the majority of this has never been viewed by a human being due to the depth of the water - so there could be something down there. But of course not even all the 30% of the surface area that is land has been visited by a human being. Therefore statisically there could be an alien base or artificat somewhere on earth just waiting to be discovered. Alternatively if aliens have visited at any time in the past, then the best place for them to leave a beacon/base would be on the surface of the moon (you may like to read the Arthur C Clarke short story "The Sentinel") the beacon/base would only become alert and signal the fact that it had been disturbed when it was visited, this would indicate to the alien intelligence that life had risen on The Earth and had progressed enough to visit the moon of its planet. Alternatively of course they could have left their beacon/base anywhere in the rings of Saturn .....

I would say that if I was an alien and I was going to put a base on this planet, I would put it in the ocean. Because there are no people in the ocean, it's widely unexplored, if you go down far enough humans can't even make machines that can get there, all in all it's the best place to put a secret base.

I don't know. If they were they would hide in places we don't normally hang out. I have flown all over this country and there are many places for aliens to hide.

Bob have you ever read John wyndhams 'krackan wakes' It's a strange story. Anyhow it would be a good place to hide because it's so massive and it has so many underground caves.

of course they are here ,but not under water ,we find it hard to accept but ,yes they are present on this earth ,laugh all you like but the fact remains we are not alone ,we are been observed ,i am serious ,always believed this from a young age
