yes you can, but it is not a regular usb cable. it's called a laplink cable. DO NOT USE a regular usb cable, you take a chance on burning the usb out. it usually takes a little software package that can access the the ports and allow data tranmission thru them. you can also use a ethernet cable called a twisted pair,plug it into both ethernet connections on two pc's and follow the networking wizzard on both and the machines will networks thru the cable, very clean and allows data transferring thru this connection.

Yes ... with a USB "Crossover" Cable.
Or, better yet AND MUCH CHEAPER (especially for a 20ft or longer cable ).....an ethernet crossover cable.
As little as $3 for a 10 foot cable :

yep .. first u need a double male cable .. theyre hard to find sometimes u may need to make it up urself ..
