Internet says it is because "during a sneeze, tremendous stress is placed on the body. Considerable air pressure is place upon the eyes. This pressure is not enough to pop your eyes out of your head or even make them bulge out, but enough to make your eyes feel uncomfortable from the added pressure."

Internet also says that some people are able to sneeze without closing their eyes... I say that they are strange cause their body does not work properly:D

i dont totally believe it, but i have heard someone say that when you sneeze your entire system shuts down temporarily. you skip a heartbeat and everything.

so your eyes close.

something like that.
i suppose that would explain why people say "bless you" when you sneeze...
