start by trying to totally understand why she doesn't want a therapist. also look at yourself. do you need a therapist? why not? try to connect to her on a human level. not try to fix her.

If you are asking this as her therapist, you're in the wrong line of work. But, if you are asking this as a friend who'd like to get her to see a therapist, then I'd be upfront with her about your concerns. People, even teens, can see through an act. Just get to the point in a non-confrontational way and if she still thinks she doesn't need a therapist, stop wasting your time. You cannot help someone who doesn't want help.
