Penis. But sometimes I wonder what having a vagina would feel like if I were a girl. I could do with out the menstrual/birth stuff though, eeww. Since I'm a guy, I'll take a penis or a vagina any day.

For pro-creation purposes, the vagina is more important. With to-days advances in technology, actual sexual intercourse is not needed. You still need sperm, does not mean you need penis. One day, it may be possible to just use the needed 23 chromosomes from a male and 23 chromosomes from a female and create the zygote. Neither, the vagina nor the penis will have any value for pro-creations..
If you leave the question of procreation out, for gratification, penis does not need vagina and vice-versa...
In the history more men have made fool of themselves then women,, so I guess vagina is important, at least the most wanted..

In terms of being able to sexually satisfy yourself, it'd probably be better to have a vagina.
With a penis, you must find a round, maybe lubricated orifice.
With a vagina, any small, hard object will do.

First of all you used the wrong witch (it's supposed to be which)
To answer your question. I would rather have a dick(which I do) because I don't have to worry about cramps and bloating like women do. On top of that I don't need to buy tampons or worry about periods. It's a much easier world

penis better because you're more at risk for urinary tract infection if you have a vagina, since the urethera is way shorter

guys get off so much easier then girls. You dont need to worry about being pregent or have periods or need to see a special doctor about you penis.
