I'm writing a school paper and I just wanted to make sure there were no other plays that dealt with actors or the main character being an actor/performer

There are lots! Plays and theatre are a recurring theme in Shakespeare, though it's more commonly in the comedies than the tragedies. One example is John Bottom's street theatre in A Midsummer Night's Dream.

Like the others said - Hamlet is not himself an actor but there are actors in the play. Some of the others with actors in them are....Love's Labours Lost and Midsummer NIght's Dream

I think you'd better revisit your main premise for your school paper.

Hamlet is the Prince of Denmark - he's not an actor in the play.

If you want something like that, look at the roles of the "rude mechanicals" (Bottom, etc) in "A Midsummer Night's Dream".

Shakespeare loved the play within the play theme. Midsummer night's dream would be a good example.

A Midsummer Night's Dream has a sizeable scene in which an acting troupe performs a play.

Hamlet's fatal flaw is his hesitancy to act due to doubt and cowardice, it can be seen in the way he keeps putting off the murder of his uncle or the way that tries to mask his intentions with "fake" madness or that the only time he really acts is if the he doesn't have to face his victim. For example, thinking that Claudius was evesdropping on him and his mother BEHIND the curtain, Hamlet stabs him, instead he accidently kills Polonius. Or that he sends his apparent two best friends to their deaths in England instead of dispatching them himself for their betrayal. He doesn't even instigate the fight that he dies in, Leartes does. These are only a few brief examples of his fatal flaw of hesitancy.
