Two favorites.

The Jewish food shop called:

Lox, Stock, and Bagel

And the Indian food store that just moved:

The New New Dehli Deli

As you can tell, I like ethnic food stores (and outrageous puns).

Not a name but a comment above a chemist's shop: 'We dispense with accuracy'

Not one I saw myself, but my father swore there was a firm of Solicitors, I think in North Wales, called 'Dolittle and Dally.'

When I was in Australia, a Swiss friend said she found it confusing having to buy meat in lbs. I told here there was one butcher in the area who sold in kilos. She was delighted but said, 'What a terrible name for a butchers.' 'Sorry, what do you mean?' 'Penis butchers,' she replied. 'No, it's Penny's Butchers,' I informed her.

Then, my husband was almost hysterical when, in Switzerland and pregnant, I told him that my gynaecologist was called Kunz.
