I look at your team and wonder who you took in the 1st 2 rounds. You are extremely light on power and average, below average on SB's, your SP's are okay (but you only have 3), Liriano was a totally wasted pick. Your RP's are good if not great, depending on how healthy Izzy is this year. The only positions where you are pretty strong are 1B & SS. Honestly, in a 12-team league this is a bottom 3 team at best. In a 10-team league, you will be lucky to finish out of the cellar. You need to dump Liriano, Feliz, Eckstein and Farnsworth. They will do nothing at all to help your team. There has to be better on the waiver wire, quite frankly. Sorry, but you just didn't do your homework very well. I play in mostly private leagues, well-established, that are very competitive, and we would eat you for lunch. No offense intended - if you wanted an honest answer, there you go. If this is a public league that can be viewed by others, feel free to e-mail me - hankshammers@yahoo.com - I will make a few suggestions as to who to drop/pick up to strengthen your team (whether or not you pick this as "Best Answer" or not...lol).

Alright- I'm going to suggest a major piece of surgery for your team. Take Derek Jeter and trade him either for a big pitcher or a guy who can hit 40HR. The only guy in your lineup with a chance at that is Delgado, and at 35 he has a chance of getting hurt. You can make Eckstein your SS and get a higher OBP, more steals, and not lose many RBI"s or HR. There is probably an owner in your league with a big Jeter obessession you can rob blind.

Your team is very strong in pitching thats for sure. You should do well in that department. Your dailey players are decent but really don't strike fear in me. Honestly I don't know the other teams in your league but you would seem to have a decent chance of finishing 3rd to 6th.

I would dump ramon as a catcher and get yadier molina(more aggressive) and also get johan santana or chris carpenter instead of willis, willis always struggles onthe second half, other than that pickups to you..
