This happens to me sometimes too. Its just dead blood. Sometimes the uterine lining doesn't slough off as well and takes a lil time, your body produces the mucus to help it slide out. Its your bodys way of expelling waste. Try doing some sit ups. Cramps are mostly caused my blood clotting trying to come loose from the uterine wall the uterus contracts thus cramping. Sit ups will massage the uterus and make the flow easier. You'll be ok. Still tho, get a pelvic exam at least once a year and goodluck!

Well, it could be several things.

You may be experiencing break-through bleeding, be just starting your period, or it could be that you are ovulating or pregnant. It could also be early signs of an STD that most women are not aware of, and neither are men, because they dont have symptoms, such as HPV (the virus that causes cervical cancer) or Chlamydia. Men usually don't know that they are carriers.

See your doctor on Monday.

It's old blood because it's brownish red. Your hormone birth control method could cause this. Try a panty liner or thin pad depending on the flow. If you are not taking hormone birth control. Please make sure to see you OBG/YN every year. If you suspect pregnancy, you could take an early pregnancy test.
