Umm....no. It just looks like a guy that pierced his nose. I try not to label people according to what they wear or do with their bodies. I have my ear pierced, yet so do many straight guys. You can't judge based on the exterior.

The hogs on the farm have not complained that we peirced their noses with the hog rings.
That's all I have to say about that.
