THere are many types of lotions, and I know you have probally heard that they streak badly and turn you orange, but they dont anymore, they work well. Much better choice, I havent heard anything about this lotion causing cancer, so that is a good choice and I am proud.

Spray tanning is great, gives a natural glow. Also Estee Lauder sells some great self tanners. Always remember to exfoliate your body before using a self tanner or before going to get a spray tan. This helps to get dry skin off your body and you tans will last longer !!

i get pretty tanned by doing niether. well i'm out in the sun but i don't lay around all day and ger brown. go swimming at a beach or find an activity that you enjoy doing outside. mine was bike riding and hiking. that's how you can get a natural looking tan. don't do tan in a bottle! pathetic!

Tanning lotions are OK- But, they'll often leave you loking orange or "streaky"! Call you local tanning salons though & see if they have a spray tanning option. These usually last 3-4 weeks & are not harmful (I even did when I was pregnant!). Good Luck!

No, heater or hearth won't get you a tan. in case you do not choose to apply sunbeds attempt pretend tan. some good ones are Xen Tan and pretend Bake, they don't provide you the orange glow like maximum different pretend tans.

There is tan in a can. There are different types of lotions and sprays that work. Check out walmart. Just be careful about how you apply it, otherwise it looks a little bit uneven.

Fake tan sprays, lotions, ect. They will not damage your skin, but make sure you don't have an allgeric reaction! Only do a spot on your skin first, to see how it turns out, then do the rest of your skin if it turns out well.

You can get a spray on tan or use the kind you use your self.Just make sure you exfoliate elbows, knees, and ankles, and wash your hands afterwards.Get someone you trust to do it in places you cant reach.Remember also to let it dry completely because sometimes it can stain clothes!!
