Photo editing help?

I would like to take a single frame photo and save it as a .gif. I would also like to resize it to 400pixles by 400 pixles. Do you have any links or programs that can do this?

I'm also a fan of the freeware IrfanView photo editing program. Very versatile, and it can do what you want to do.

Hi, Paint shop Pro will resolve the issues you are having a problem with.
