Yes, very proud of my nation and all the things we have to got through after 500 years of history. More than proud of being Puerto Rican. Boricua de pura sepa, A100% proud of being Boricua.

I'm wondering, Why thumbs down? This isn't a question to rate, the question was if you are proud of of your national anthem, well there are always few morons who can't understand things.

when i was in the 7th grade. my music teacher had me kicked out of school. I refused to sing the national anthem. not only did I refuse to sing I refused to stand up or put my hand over my heart. I was such a rebel. so much so that I spent 2 years in a class by my self. no one in the school would have any thing to do with me. In fact I knew much more than the teachers did. that was what scared them all.
look, I will be leave-ing next week.

I drive a truck across the U.S.A. that is why i have lived in so many states. If u wish too know my favorate place to live. It is in the northern part of California. A place called SANTA CRUZ,

The Yankees. The Feds. destroyed the South, and occupied the South for twenty years and were still an occupied Nation and you wish ME to get inspired up by a Yankee song then go ahead Think i will, but i want. as for me ,I care nothing for the feds, are there weird evil ways. I take the Yankee flag and burn it on occasion,in honour of what my family went thru and the entire South.,and never will sing the battle song of the republic and you can take that song and well, i am a gentleman and wont tell you want to do with it

I am proud of being an American ...

Our anthem proclaims us beautifully... "And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

We are the USA and shall triumph. Our flag will always wave over this land that will always be free.

Check out the usa flag site, you can find the lyrics... reflect on them.

Yes it does.

Oh flower of Scotland...
when will we see....
your likes again....

That fought and died for....
your wee bit hill and glen...
and stood against him...
proud Edwards army...
and sent them homeward...
to think again.

If that does not bring a tear to a Scots eye i don't know what does.

A little, but I realize that those sorts of feelings are very tempting to succumb to, and I just let the feelings fade away. Pride is very dangerous. I've also been known to like things and people from other countries.
