Most mobile phones come with a USB cable for your PC and a data cable to transfer files to and from, but in my experience these are a complete nightmare to install.

I bought a bluetooth adaptor for my PC for about £10. it just plugs into a USB port on your PC and you can send files to your phone and vice versa. The phone has to have bluetooth technology on it.

first hopefully you can remove the memory card from your phone....if you can ,good....now you need a microSD adapter that reads and writes [get it from radio shack for 20.00]and can be plugged into your cpu usb port.you must also have windows media player on your cpu.[its free]once you have all this you can send and recieve from your cpu to your phone and visaversa .also all your music must be in mp3 format because the phone wont take wma or any other format.now just drag your music into file that the microsd gives you and once you finish enjoy your music.
