Look at their bottom, the boys have balls and a thing up higher around their stomach area. The girls have a hole near their bottom and no balls or thing up near their stomach.
Look on the Internet or google pic. to help you to tell.

well first you have to be comfortable with your hanster and let him know thta you arent going to hurt him so start picking him up a litle bit and when he becomes more used to you doing that look under him if he is a guys he should have a small little penis and if its a girl you shouldnt see really anything

The length of the tail.
Males will have a longer tail and
the females will have short little ones.
