Yes, no use in putting up the sign, if not. You wouldn't want to hit an air molecule...it could cause a hurricane, so stop silly. If you roll-over the cop that's a different issue.

In my state it is unless the ticketing officer writes that you paused at the stop sign. Then you can win your case because in the dictionary a pause is a brief stop.

It doesn't matter, all that matters is they give tickets out for it ---watch out! (Who assumes they are doing things lawfully? I've seen some real Nazi crap going on these days)
