We get fine for talking on our cell phones driving, heavy fines, and other drivers can dob you in to police...yeah and it works

because if a driver uses cell phone while driving then his/hers attention is not on driving but on chatting!

It's a major distraction when they should focus on driving.
I know, almost got hit at a cross-walk by a nutter who was nattering on a mobile phone.

Because if the driver is stupid, it will distract him/her and they will end up crashing into anothe car.
