am sick and tired of the long hours and the stress levels i love working out doors but their is very little in the way of landscaping jobs in my area

How about putting a little more spice in your job? You could become a roaming chef for hire like the gentleman on the food network show Dinner: Impossible. If you're going to work over a hot stove at least you should have some fun!

well, start looking for other options... tour guide, out door party chef (you make your own hours) I don't know...
