Yes, you are correct. The legal age in texas to have sex is 17, but..only if the man is 18 months or less older than she is. If he is more than 18 months older than she is, there is a small chance he might get in trouble, but i would doubt it unless the parents filed charges.
I know all about this..i just went through this not too long ago bc im preggo and im only 17, and he is 22.

If I have been her , i might wait until she marries her bf. A 28 300 and sixty 5 days previous guy does not does not merely have a courting with a 17 300 and sixty 5 days previous until he plans on marrying her i might think of. i might tell your chum to be sure how severe her bf rather is approximately her. If she is a virgin and he's very nicely to attend until marriage that's what she could do.
