two goldfish will get anywhere from 6-18" inches depending on the kind. plecos can get from 5-18" depending on the kind.
goldfish:
fancy or fat goldfish can get up to 12" but usually no more than 8" if your's are fancies they will eventually need a 40gallon all to themselves.
common or slim bodied goldfish get about 12" but can get up to 18" they need 40gallons each because they are really meant for a pond.
plecos:
common plecos get up to 18" or larger, they should be in nothing smaller than a 55gallon. for two and three fancy goldfish I would not recommend anything smaller than a 80gallon. plecos are also NOT good with goldfish, often they will eat the protective slime coat off of goldfish (and most large fish).
10gallon:
10gallons is really only good for a tropical community tank. fish that work well in a 20gallon are things like mollies, platies, guppies, tetras, bettas (only females or else only one male and no fish wiht showy fins), cory cats, ect...
I HIGHLY recommend you take your fish back, do some research (this is a prime example of why you should research BEFORE you buy the fish) and then get a small tropical community. or at least take the plecos back and get a 30-40gallon tank for the goldfish.

Do you know the type of pleco you have?
If they're bristlenose plecos they'll reach 5 inches each. If they are common plecos they'll reach 12 inches or more (most plecos are this size) and need at least 55 gallons. There are some rare plecos that stay small like the zebra pleco or plecolitas. You could keep one pleco or one goldfish in your 10 gallon tank. I'd recommend a small school of fish for a 10 gal. tank.

Depends on the species. Probably 8-12 or more inches. You have too many fish in your 10 gallon tank right now. Lets see...
3 3.5" goldfish + 2 2.5" plecos =
10.5
+ 5.0
______
15.5
You should put your plecos in a 75 gallon tank so they don't outgrow your 10 gallon tank. If you do, you'll have 15" left to get any non aggressive fish like a gourami, barbs, non aggressive cichlids, and other tetras and livebearers.

Well all of those fish will quickly outgrow a small 10g tank, try at least a 30g tank. Plecos can get rather large, over 8 inches.

They sometimes get along..... just watch them for like a week or so. If you see any nipping of the Plecos, then watch them even closer. If they are being aggresive, remove one of the species.

Not very. They will die in that tiny tank. Dead fish don't grow much. You need a 55 or larger, just for 3 gold fish.
