It's what you eat, more than how much you eat. Eating 25 grams of fiber daily can help you lose belly fat. when you snack choose a protein snack, and eat your most caloric meals early in the day. Metabolic rate slows down signiicantly later in the day.
And do yourself a favor and buy "You on a Diet" (Free Press) shows you how to eat and still loose weight! But most of all MAKE SURE YOU LET YOUR PARENTS KNOW YOU ARE DIETING!!

Walking is good, and you will loose weight. But if you want to loose belly fat, do a LOT of situps. If you can't do very many *most people cant at first*, then start small. 5 situps morning and night 10 situps morning and night 15 20 25 30 and so on so forth. This WILL trim up your tummy believe me. But the only way it will work is if you dedicate yourself to doing it daily. In the morning, do it before you eat or drink anything, because if you eat or drink, your abs have less room to contract, which means less gain. Same thing in the evening, do it before you've had supper. If you don't believe me, join the Marines. They're the one's who taught me. And in regards to those who say you can't get a "6 pack" and so forth. Here's a little saying for you. "The only people who will discourage your dreams; are those who already gave up on their own". Nothing is impossible if you want it bad enough.

It is wrongly believed that can you can lose weight only in certain parts of the body. Some areas "bulge" or appear more fat due to the lack of muscles. Doing common abdominal exercises like sit-ups, crunches and leg raises only helps in the toning and firming of stomach muscles. If the stomach muscles are stronger, the waist may appear slightly smaller. More information can be found at http://www.toloseweight.org/losestomachfat.html

There are a lot of good exercises on www.muscleinfusion.com also they have a product called CLA it targets your brown fat stores (Brown fats stores are your stomach fat and that is pretty much it.) They also have a product called thermoignite it has ephedrine in it. What ephedrine does is boost your metabolism, curbs appetite and is a huge energy booster. It is amazing I take it daily. They sell all of these products at this site and they are at wholesale price. The thermoignite is about 27.99 and the CLA is around that I believe. I'm telling you this stuff rocks and it is safe. Check it out.

Hi you get your abs from the kitchen table not the gym, you can have rock hard abs, but if you can't see them what. Try cutting out all juck food for a while, when your eatting your regular meals only use half the normal amout of butter and drink lots and lots of water

You could check at WebMD.com but your really best bet is to also discuss your concern with your mom and your dr.
