The questions asked are usually stuff asking about opinions, sometimes common sense is needed. If there is a challenging question then the whole 'clever' thing comes into it. I'd say I had common sense and could be considered clever as I do study Sciences etc but I dont use that here, if that makes sense.

Cleverness and common sense is not something you ask someone - it's a judgement made of another based upon your personal observation, or ascriptions by others.
Unfortunately, what this means is that YOU are most likely NOT clever, and evidently LACK common sense in asking the question.
