SAT scores are not solely what they look at. They take into consideration your transcript and essay. It also depends on what school and program at Rutgers you are applying to.

if this is without writing than yes, but with writing this is a pretty low score. The average accepted SAT w/o writing is a 1200

For the old SAT with the 1600 perfect scale yes, the new SAT with the 2400 perfect scale, i don't know.
