It is not medicine you are needing, it is prescription lenses. You can check with your eye doctors to see if this is possible. I have prescription sunglasses that I purchased at my eye doctors, and my frames were around $140.00, and then my prescription was a bit over $200.00.
I do not know if you have insurance coverage for your eyeglasses or not, but if you do, the regular sunglasses may not be covered as they may not be durable or stable enough to hold the prescription lenses.
Check with you eyedoctor first, and he or she can tell you the best answer to this.
Good luck.

You can buy regular sunglasses and have the eye doctor put prescription lenses in them or just order prescription sunglasses. Prescription sunglasses cost about as much as a pair of regular glasses and buying regular sunglasses and getting the lenses just put in( depending on tent or not would be between 80-200$)

no. you can not just go out and buy regular sunglasses and take them to get them perscribed. If you want them you will have to go to the eye doctor and they have sunglasses there for you and those are the ones that you can get with your perscription in it. They look just like regular sunglasses but it is a little more expensive than glasses.

No. Prescription sunglasses cannot be put into commercial sunglass frames because they are not made the same and the prescription lense won't fit. You have to get the frames a the optometrists.

WHAT THE HELL?!?! LMFAO! How do you get medicine on glasses?! LOL!!!
You can either get perscription sunglasses or perscription glasses. I have perscription glasses. They change color when outside. I suggest NOT to get the glasses and get the sunglasses instead because when the color changes on your glasses, it looks weird. So get the perscription SUNGLASSES.
Lol, medicine in sunglasses...
