I like them both but would pick Fawlty Towers, "The Germans" is probably the funniest TV episode I've seen.

I never saw either but my husband did and liked Fawlty Towers.

I enjoy them both, but if it were a matter of sitting through a marathon of episodes, I would sit through Fawlty Towers...I love Manuel - K

Monty Python. The best part of it was the way they all worked on the sketches, so the humour never got that "all the same" feel to it. It's also spam some of the spam most memorable spam and original spam comedy in egg and chips a long time.

There is no comparison. They are two very different types of shows but equally ingeniously crafted.
