Well Green Tea is supposed to be really helpful with losing tummy fat so drink up! :-D But general ab work-outs would help a lot too. Try starting with a 10 minute cardio work-out, ie running, fast walking, bicycling. Then do some ab excersises. Personally, I hate doing a million crunches at a time so I switch things up quickly. I think changing from excersise to excersise actually helps me get better abs, but i'm not sure how it helps exactly. I usually do crunches for 1 minute, then immediately start left obliques for 1 minute, then the right obliques for 1 minute. Then the bycycle for 1 minute, then flutter kicks for 1 minute, then start over. Do this over and over and it will really help out. I like to do it while im watching TV during the commerical breaks. Just a suggestion though, good luck!

If you have stubborn belly fat, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises. During activities like swimming, rowing and walking, enough oxygen is supplied to the body to burn fat. Fat is burned from all over the body, including the stomach. Take some L-Carnitine (1000mg per day) You can get it at any health store. It helps your cells get rid of the fat you have instead of eating up the carbs you take in daily. Combine is with sit ups or crunches and you will see a huge difference. Totally safe and natural!!
