Get some therapy, hon.
Until then you go through the four stages of this passing.
Packaging. Anger. Sadness. Regret.
Yes, you'll want to see if he'll reconsider, or if you can give
him something. If not, you'll be mad. Then unhappy and
tears will flow. Regret may follow depression, or not, but
you'll have to pack that part of your life away into a hope chest.
Been there.

I would think he is seeing someone else. They all try to let you down easy by using some sorry excuse like this. Move on, get with your friends and plan a trip. Make yourself happy! You are better off in the long run, and guess what? Just when you are finally really happy, he'll come crawling back telling you what a mistake he made. Don't go back though, because if he does it once, he'll do it again and again. Can you tell I've been there?!
Take care my friend, it will get easier as time goes by.

You cry and cry and look dreadful for 3 whole days. Then you pick yourself up, dust yourself down, chuck some muck on the face and fill up your diary with friends, cinema, tours and treats. You managed fine before you met him and you will be even better having loved well. Why mope about for a man who doesn't love you enough. Out there is a man who loves you till he is bursting - get out there and one day you will find him and the pig that just dumped you will be an old photo in a shoe box!

i think of you ought to have a communication including your boyfriend. It sounds like he nevertheless cares approximately you otherwise he does not have noted as you 12 cases once you texted him. provide him a sprint credit. I understand in case you 2 are caught in a rut inspite of the undeniable fact that it sounds such as you 2 have been happy jointly a minimum of for a on an identical time as so which you ought to talk and be certain the place issues began going incorrect and consistent with possibility fix them. on the different hand, in case you experience some thing with this different guy then it particularly is particularly helpful to grant it a shot. you ought to take a step back and seem on the type you and your boyfriend have been in greater effectual cases and picture approximately this new guy and what ought to ensue and see which one feels appropriate. yet you owe it on your cutting-edge relationship and boyfriend to speak issues by using a sprint previously you're making any judgements because of the fact i think of he continues to be dedicated.

Kick him in the balls - then he'll feel enough.
Seriously its a sh*t situation. My ex-girlfriend sis a similar thing to me. That was just over a year ago and I'm 95% over it now. I stopped hanging out with mutual friends, moved cities to my city (as opposed to where we lived in hers), made sure the flat sale and split of property etc happened ASAP and kept busy. Restarted a couple of hobbies I used to love and now have time for.
Keep your chin up. A guy who'd treat you like that is one you're better off without.

You will feel horrible for a while, but stick it out with your true friends and sooner or later you will find someone else worthy of you who is so much better than the last one and then you will realise that he did you a favour by leaving or you would still be stuck with him.

rejoice! for you not only deserve better, but he deserves to be without you for that ridiculous excuse if ever i heard one. he is probably right, he isnt enough of a man if he cant make a better attempt at working at a relationship. he is running away from his problems so let him make his own mistakes and learn by them. im sure you will find happiness in the form of a true gentleman! good luck in love.

you cry, you shut yourself away for several weeks eating chocolates and drinking wine feeling inadequate and useless.
After a period of time of grieving working through various feelings about it all you pick yourself up put your gladrags on and get right on out there and resume living. Once you are over the bastard you will meet someone who really loves you.

You get down on your knees and thank the lord that he left. Then, cry, then, get involved with some girlfriends and check out your options.
