Kind of feels like you have a dizzy feeling in your stomach. You'll probably loose your apatite with it, as well.

It's when you are feeling dizzy, have a headache, and just feel like throwing up. not exactly pleasant!

When you feel sick enough to throw up, or if you just feel like you have to throw up, you don't have to be sick, it's everything but pleasant.
