Not exactly, but negative thoughts focused on too much are as bad as spells would be if they existed. The way out is refocusing on the things you want and feel them as if you already had them. Only need to do that for a minute at a time, works like a CHARM.

Well, magick is real. A person with some knowledge can work with the natural forces and many disembodied beings to do good or ill.

It has been said that those who do ill will suffer consequences, and i've observed this to be true. As a matter of fact, if you desire to do such, counselling would be the better course, rather than doing the "spell".

If you'd like to learn more about the wholly positive aspects of magick via working with angels in order to benefit yourself and/or others, see: *Angels: Companions in Magick", by Silver RavenWolf. A very good place to start :))

No. That is all just a lot of nonsense. People with empty minds and too much free time on their hands use this kind of threat to try to control other people or to try to sell them a cure ot a spell remover.
Read a book called "Conversations With God"
It is neither a religious nor non-religious book. But it is full of a lot of really good advice and it will make you feel a lot better and answer a lot of questions you have always had.
