Do you feel like you're having "deja vu" or "flashbacks" while your head feels weird during and afterword? If that's the case it could be a frontal lobe seizure. I just discovered a few weeks ago that I've been having those for years and I thought they were normal. They could lead to more serious seizures (these aren't), so you should see a neurologist. I hope this helps, and hope you aren't having seizures! good luck!

Thats life. Its called stress. You have to confront them or ignore them. Sleep tends to help me when i have that problem. If anything, write them down in a journal to get them out of your head.
