I wear an XS (extra small) in Victoria's Secret panties. What pads and panty liners will fit in this correctly?

Always brand is really great. They come in a lot of sizes and styles (they have a nice guide on the side of the package to help you choose).

Panty liners are best for light flows (spotting) and toward the end of your period.

And don't wear pads when you go swimming. The adhesive will come off and they float REALLY well!

Honestly, I say just go buy some regular underwear for when you have your period. Victoria's Secret and pads just don't go together. Save the good stuff for when you're not bleeding.

your underwear have nothing to do with it. it all depends on your flow. if its heavy u should wear thicker longer pads. if its light get kotex light days they are a little thicker and longer than pantiliners but work for women with a small flow. i have an extremely heavy flow so i use Stay free ultra long and ultra thick my friends make fun of me and say i have a matress in my underwear so i just wear tampons usually.

I use pads by Always. To find out which product might be best for helping you out you can check their website at: http://www.always.com and then click on the country that you live in which is the U.S. and it will take you to the page that has all the product info.

Tampon! I was scared of tampons until I was 19, but one day I just toughened up and put one in, never looked back! Pads are soooo restricting and make u conscious all day, ridiculous.

have you tried tampons yet? they are much easier to use and WAY more cleanly. also with pads, if your getting dressed in a locker room or with other girls and you don't want them to know you have your period, pads show because they are esually big and bulky as tampons are small and not visible.

Wear a tampon. It always stays in place, unlike pads & pantiliners.
