i've been so stressed out because i missed a week of school because of the flu so im behind on my homework and problems with my friends have been accuring. I just want too forget it all for a little while. any suggestions?

For starters your not going to forget ur problems until you have solved them. As far as relaxing go get a massage or just take a day for your self and re evaluate your current situtaion. Girl missing a week of school is not the end of the world!!!! Sometimes you just need a break from school!!!

There must be some thing you like as a hobby and gives you some sort of relaxation. It is not easy to give suggestions as no two people are the same and each person have their way of dealing with a situation like yours.

Setting goals for yourself is a nice way to let the pressure off for a while... and gives you an ego boost if you accomplish them... that's what we all need when we feel like crap. but that's only for the work load stress. A nice message helps a lot, same with treating your self to a little paradise ( like chocolate or a vacation) but talking it out with your friends and getting the facts straight is the best thing to do with drama like that.

First, write them ALL down on paper. List your goals of what you have to do, then prioritize them. When all of that is out of your head, take a nice long bath and make plans to do something out of the ordinary, go on a trip or even just get a hotel room for one night and don't take anything with you that will remind you of any stress.

When I'm stressed I go to the gym and work out. I seriously forget every bad thing in my life.

A good movie and some chamomile tea. Just tried the tea thing last night and it put me right to sleep.
