Is there a graveyard for electric mobility scooters?

I need parts for one of the original Gopher scooters

Not that I'm aware of. Most of the parts are scavenged for other "projects" like remote toys.

You can probably find a similar part on Ebay,type in wheelchair parts or something like that.A lot of scooters and wheelchairs get parted out and sold on Ebay because Medicare gives them out by the zillions then the new owner dies and the heirs can't sell it because our government will just give someone a new one.
