A layer of seasoned ground beef,with Spanish rice over it and some Boracho(made with beer) beans on top. Served with some flour tortillas and a tall glass of iced tea.
I also have a large caramel flan in the oven too for dessert.

Salmon
make a paste: stone ground mustard, horse radish, lemon juice, oregano, basil, thyme, and fine bread crumbs. Spread thinly on salmon steaks. Wrap in tin foil grill just till done.
Saute zukini and summer squash in olive oil. Season with favorite herbs.
wine:
Pinot grigio
Serve with rice.

Seven layer salad....greens, water chestnuts, peas, dressing (1/2 sour cream, 1/2 mayo) sliced hardboiled eggs, tomatoes and crumbled bacon.
