West Europe has good things,as well USA,so where do you prefer to live?

I think the USA has much greater freedom (and very often better weather), while Europe seems to be more civilised, somehow. Both are lovely - I prefer the US.

It really depends on who you are in your society. I think that generally, if you are upper middle class, life is better in the US because things are less expensive and you can get pretty much everything you'd want (besides contraband). In Europe, things generally cost a lot more and there is a much stronger sense of national and regional identity, and so it is more difficult to get things from other cultures (unless that culture has a strong presence in your neighborhood). There is also more upward mobility potential in the states, but the bottom is a lot lower too.

I may be biased as I live in a major metropolitan area of the west coast and have a good job with good pay.

I personally like the USA, but I know in all the studies or whatever they say Western Europe (especially Sweeden and Iceland) has the best quality of life.

I don't think you can generalise in that way. There are good and bad areas in both.
