As a sewing machine technician and a collector I can only say any machine like yours is only worth what a collector is willing to pay for it. So much depends on its condition. As I type this there is one on eBay that is set at a 75.00 Buy It Now price but starting at 50.00. It is in very poor condition and there are no bids on it. Check the link I attached to see even if it does sell. For it to be worth anything to a collector all the decals etc. would have to be intact and in good condition. Then its only worth what they are willing to pay. Remember, machines like this, just because they are old does not mean they are rare. Back in those days, before Wal-mart, every house had a machine like that and there are still many, many around. Hope its nice and good luck.

Looks like there's one on Ebay with a cabinet that's in pretty sad shape....item #120099606219 (or search for Macy's under the "sewing" category. It's up for $50.00 to start, with a "buy it now" price of $75.00. That might give you some idea of the value of yours. Maybe you could contact that seller to ask questions. Or, take photos or the machine to an antique dealer to ask for the insurance value price. Be sure to ask for "insurance value", as you're more likely to get the actual value....if they think you're wanting to sell, you might get a lower quote from some. Also, you might ask your friendly local reference librarian at your public library to see if there are any price guides out there for antique sewing machines. Hope this helps.
