NO WAY!!!!
the deal will not fall through. Shanahan is one of the smartest coaches in the NFL, and for the Broncos to part with Wilson, Ouch for Giants. They wil give up a lot, most likely a good Draft Pick (since i understand Al Wilson was a salary cap problem, so a player might not be a good option.) If its a player, i hope it will be either antonio pierce or Sam Madison (since Bly wanted out). Either way, Shanahan wont trade Al without someone or something precious in return. WIlson has shown he is one of the best middlelinebackers in the NFL. For draft pick, I heard Broncos are aiming for New York's second round DP. (19th) or they might swap first rounders and get a New York 2nd round. If you are a broncos fan, dont worry, Shanahan is smart, how many bad deals has he done in thepast few years, in return he got Bailey, Walker, Cutler (traded DPs with Arizona to get him), Bly, Henry amongst other players. If you are a giants fan, watch out, Shanahan might rob you clean of your precious DPs.

I heard that deal was dead for now. I think Denver was asking for a lot but Wilson has been Pro Bowl 5 of 9 years he's been in the league. Being a Denver fan I wish they'd keep Al but I understand it is a salary cap thing.

being a broncos fan. i think shanny is a dope. drafting clarett, sighning the browns d-line, trading tatum bell george foster and picks for an overrated disgrunteled CB, blowing the game in sf, etc. AL wilson is still a great player and shanny will probably trade him for garbage. They are still looking to move up to the #2 spot though by trading wilson AND picks and take joe thomas.

I HOPE IT DOESN'T HAPPEN!! I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THESE SO CALLED "EXPERTS" SAYING HIS BEST DAYS ARE BEHIND HIM!! HE'S 29 BUT HE ALSO LED THE TEAM IN TACKLES WITH 113 LAST YEAR!! DOESN'T SOUND TOO SHABBY TO ME!! I HOPE HE WILL RE-NEGOTIATE HIS CONTRACT LIKE ROD SMITH DID. DENVER IS SO CLOSE TO A SUPER BOWL. A HELL OF ALOT CLOSER THAN THE GIANTS ARE!! I HOPE AL IS NOT THE TYPE OF GUY WHO IS ALL ABOUT THE $$$ HE SEEMS LIKE A CLASSY GUY. I HOPE HE STAYS WITH THE BRONCOS AND RETIRES AS A BRONCO. HE IS MY FAVORITE PLAYER ON THE BRONOCS AND IN THE NFL!!! GO BRONCOS!!!

He is NOT going to the Giants. The trade is dead because Wilson failed his physical. The Giants said they were worried about Wilsons neck problem.

Al Wilson failed his physical for the Giants so there is going to be no trade. Lingering neck injury the problem.

His best days are behind him anyway.
