Bravo! I deleted my question earlier due to some jerk saying my son was spreading the AIDS virus just because he's gay. I hate the ignorance people have. Instead of getting educated, they just bash people.

I think the people who ask the questions should be able to view the people's reply before they allow it to be put on their question page. Some people are just real jerks.

I totally agree with you. I’ve seen questions on here like “at what age did you first realise you were gay”. Then you get all these straight people jumping in to answer it. That would be fine if they were relating information from an actual gay person they know, but most don’t do that. I wouldn’t come onto this site answering questions on car engines, not when it’s a subject I know nothing about. 2Beagles’s comments show that it’s not just gays who are victims of homophobic abuse, it’s also their families and friends.
